i expected a much better experience. first, the food was heated in a microwave, can you believe that? then, the gym was closed without any prior notice, leaving me in utter despair. honestly, i almost thought about giving a glowing review, but i just couldn’t, it was an absoluteley disappointing experience.

My stay included an upgrade to a lovely double room with breathtaking views of the mountains that were a sight to behold every morning. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and professional, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, including fresh, made-to-order dishes that truly set the day on the right path. The mountain view from our room added to the overall enchanting experience of the hotel.
The bathroom could use some updates, as it felt a bit cramped for comfort.

Stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere
I had an amazing stay, enjoying the beautiful views of the estuary from my room and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The complimentary upgrade to a family room was a lovely surprise, providing ample space with two desk areas and chairs to unwind. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a great a la carte menu. One minor thing to consider is that the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side.

The location is just stunning, with beautiful walks around the grounds and a short stroll into Sneem. We loved the spacious family room that comfortably fit all of us, making our stay with 4 young kids really enjoyable.
My kids wished there was a pool for them to splash around in.
